Breaking: 58 prospects will take part in draft – NFL.com

Fifty-eight prospects will participate essentially in the 2020 NFL Draft, which happens April 23-25.

The NFL revealed Monday that the league would hold a “totally virtual”draft due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. League and club centers are set to remain closed indefinitely to ensure the NFL is in compliance with present unique coronavirus policies, and for that reason clubs were advised to prepare to carry out the draft beyond their centers with personnel advised to be in separate areas, utilizing phone and the internet to interact.

Details on how the potential customers will take part in the draft are expected to be exposed at a later date.

The list of prospects is highlighted by seven quarterbacks, consisting of prospective first-round choices LSU’s Joe Burrow, Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa, Oregon’s Justin Herbert and Utah St.’s Jordan Love. Consisted of prospective top-10 picks: Ohio State pass rush Chase Young, OSU cornerback Jeff Okudah, Oklahoma wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, Clemson linebacker Isaiah Simmons and Iowa offensive deal with Tristan Wirfs.
