The pandemic is spreading out quickly in the South and hospitals are becoming overwhelmed. Louisiana, Florida and Georgia are seeing an alarming increase in those infected by COVID-19. Health officials state big public occasions like spring break and Mardi Gras are partly to blame. Omar Vilafranca reports.
