As Staten Islanders marched happily in the New York City borough’s yearly St. Patrick’s Day parade Saturday, Miss Staten Island was limited to the sidelines. Simply hours after Madison L’Insalata came out publicly as bisexual, she stated, organizers prohibited her from participating. CBSN New York’s Hazel Sanchez reports.
