NASA launches spacecraft carrying supplies to the International Space Station – CNN

The spacecraft is carrying more than 7,500 pounds of experiments and products to the International Space Station.

The Cygnus airplane is called” S.S. Robert H. Lawrence” after Maj. Robert H. Lawrence, Jr., NASA’s very first African American astronaut. It is carryingexperiments that will study how microgravity affects people and assist recognize methods to lessen its harmful impacts. The resupply aircraft is set up to get here at the spaceport station around 4:05 a.m. on Tuesday. The spacecraft is arranged to stay at the space station until May.
