Shapiro said the violence proves that restraining police “really has some consequences.”
“Do you seem like a great deal of these demonstrations have absolutely nothing to do with in fact accomplishing advantages on behalf of black people and have whatever to do with castigating the system?” he asked.
The host acknowledged that while there are methodical enhancements that can be made to police, “the outsized insanity that leads to people cheering on CHAZ … is not going to enhance the lives of black Americans.”
Ben Shapiro said Monday that protesters who are calling to defund authorities departments throughout the nation were forced to face the effects of their motion over the weekend when a set of shooting s in Seattle’sCapitol Hill Organized Protest zone (CHOP) left one dead and two others wounded.

The first shooting early Saturday killed a 19-year-old man and left a 2nd man critically hurt. Late Sunday, another shooting injured a 17-year-old male.
“In the beautiful, newfound pacifistic sanctuary of CHAZ/CHOP over in Seattle, they banned the polices … 2 people were shot … but the chief hazard to black individuals are the police officers who are can be found in to handle this issue?” Shapiro went on.
The Seattle Police department launched body video camera video footage show ingofficers responding to the early Saturday shooting and marching through the zone with weapons drawn as a group of mad protesters scream profanities and approach the officers.
