In their written response to the problem, Graham and Russell admit Graham’s iPad was located in the cockpit and that Steinaker asked if it was live streaming from the restroom. The Steinakers are suing the airline company and the pilots for intrusion of personal privacy, causing Renee Steinaker psychological distress, sexual harassment and retaliation. Steinaker says she took a picture of the iPad with Graham’s image in the lavatory, the suit says, and showed it to the rest of the flight attendants.

About two and a half hours into the flight, Capt. Terry Graham asked for a flight attendant to come to the cockpit so that he might leave to utilize the restroom, the problem says. In their written action to the grievance, Graham and Russell confess Graham’s iPad was located in the cockpit and that Steinaker asked if it was live streaming from the bathroom. The lawsuit was submitted in Maricopa County, Arizona, however has been moved to United States District Court in Arizona. The Steinakers are taking legal action against the airline and the pilots for invasion of personal privacy, causing Renee Steinaker psychological distress, sexual harassment and retaliation. Steinaker states she took a picture of the iPad with Graham’s image in the bathroom, the claim says, and showed it to the rest of the flight attendants.
